Internal Cleaner for Boiler

The internal cleaner for boiler protects the pipes from the precipitation of carbonate, sulphate, silicate, etc. by forming soluble complex salt by combining with metal ions in the water. It also keeps the pipe wall cleam by reacting with the scales on the pipe wall and dissolves them

Characteristics

1. Compositions: Sodium phosphate deoxygenation composite.
2. Appearance: pale off-white liquid
3. P2O5 Contents: 4.8 %

Function

Scale prevention: It prevents the formation of scales by combining with calcium ion and magnesium ion in the boiler water.
Corrosion prevention: It prevents the formation of corrosion by reacting with dissolved oxygen, electrochemical phenomena of anode and cathode, corrosive salts in the boiler water.

Effects

1. It stabilizes hard water compositions.
2. It isolates heavy metal ions such as iron, manganese, etc.
3. It inhibits corrosion by forming passivation and deoxygenation.
4. It suppresses the electrochemical phenomena between cathode and anode
5. Prevention of red water phenomena.
6. Prevention of deposition.

Handling precaution

1) Keep it at -2°C~35°C
2) Be sure to seal and keep after use it. Do not mix it with other chemical.
3) Storage period: 1ë©´ at room temperature (in case of sealing)

How to use
Generally input 40 PPM to the water and control the input to maintain the concentration of boiler water to be 20 PPM.

Internal cleaner for boiler (SCAN-103)

SCAN 103 is a multipurpose boiler water treatment chemicals containing polyphospates, oxygen-binding agent, and anti-foaming agent. The phosphate reacts with the hardness components in the boiler water and precipitates in the water tank and pipes as sludge. However SCAN 103 solves that kind of problems as it makes the hardness compositions to precipitate in the boiler water.

1. Compositions: Blend or sodium phosphate Sodium sulfite and anti -foam agent
2. Appearance: white liquid
3. PH(20°C):12.5±0.5
4. Specific gravity(20°C):1.1±0.1

Function

1. Scale prevention: It prevents the scale formation by precipitating the hardness components in the boiler water.
2. Corrosion prevention: It prevents corrosion by chemical reaction with dissolved oxygen in the boiler water.
3. PH maintenance: It maintains PH by increasing alkalinity.
4. Antifoam: It prevents the water from scattering and foaming.

How to use

1. Generally input 40 PPM to water but adjust the amount depending on the pressure and operation conditions of boiler, water quality, condensate recovery rate, etc.
2. Adjust the input so that the boiler water maintains concentration of 20 PPM.
