Sludge Activator

BIO-MOST accelerates the proliferation of the existing microorganism by supplying them good nutritional factors. It keeps balance and activates sludge when it is added to waste water which has unbalanced BOD and COD.

Proliferation of microorganism
Microorganism has very fast proliferation capability and it can repeat schizogony cycles within thirty minutes or a few hours. Assumed that the generation time is thirty minutes, it can proliferate to 2.8x1014 within 24 hours.

Factors which restrain the proliferation of microorganism.
The microorganism in the aeration tank gains energy to proliferate by taking and dissolving inorganic or organic substances. If the waste water contains low BOD and COD and chemical waste water contains relatively low BOD to COD, physical and chemical restraints such as temperature, pH, DO can suppress the proliferation of microorganism.

Factors proliferating microorganism
The activities decrease when such restraints exist. However BIO-MOST supplies microbial growth factors and keeps balance the sludge to activate it.

How to use
For initial seeding, add 50 to 150 ppm everyday for five to ten days. For stable water control, add 10 to 40 ppm into the inflow water.
